Kim Gravel Headlines Chamber's ATHENA Women's Leadership Event
Get ready for an afternoon of connection and learning at Own It. Build It. Lead It., the Chamber's ATHENA Women's Leadership & Empowerment Experience, presented in partnership with Athora Law Group. This exciting event on Thursday, September 17, will feature nationally recognized entrepreneur, television personality, author and QVC brand founder Kim Gravel.
Known for her bold, authentic style and empowering message, Gravel first rose to prominence as Miss Georgia, becoming one of the youngest women to earn the title, and later gained national recognition as the star of Lifetime’s Kim of Queens. In 2016, she launched Belle by Kim Gravel on QVC, followed by her beauty brand Love Who You Are and home décor brand Kim Gravel HOME, helping grow a business that has generated more than $1 billion in sales. Gravel was also named to Forbes 50 Over 50 Lifestyle list and honored as QVC’s 2024 Vendor of the Year.
She is the author of Collecting Confidence and host of The Kim Gravel Show, where she speaks on faith, family, purpose and personal transformation.
Those attending the event will gain practical insights on building confidence, embracing opportunity and defining success on their own terms during her keynote presentation, followed by an interactive Q&A session with audience members.
Beyond the keynote, guests will enjoy networking with women from across the region while enjoying cocktails, mocktails, refreshers and appetizers. The event will also include the presentation of the ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award, recognizing a business or nonprofit that is committed to advancing women in the workplace and throughout the community.
