The North Central Indiana Healthcare Talent Alliance (HTA) is a solutions-oriented nonprofit organization on a mission to proactively address the needs of healthcare leaders, professionals, employers, educators and students through various programs.

We serve Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, Marshall and St. Joseph Counties under the direction and supervision of the South Bend Regional Chamber.
