The South Bend Regional Chamber announces the recipients of the 2023 Michiana Forty under 40 class. The program recognizes young adults, professionals, executives and leaders, under the age of 40, achieving outstanding professional success while also engaging in his/her community through charitable and civic involvement.

An eight-person committee of business professionals from the Michiana region scored and selected this year’s class based on a nomination process. This year saw 190 nominations received. In its 17th year, the program is presented by the South Bend Regional Chamber, in collaboration with its YPN South Bend initiative, area chambers of commerce, program partners Community Foundation of Elkhart County, First State Bank, and Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame, as well as supporting sponsors Gibson and South Bend Tribune.

Honorees will be treated to a photo shoot with their families, friends, colleagues and/or nominators. In addition, a Recognition Video is being produced by the Chamber and will launch on Friday June 23. The South Bend Tribune will have a special Michiana Forty under 40 issue in their June 25 print and digital editions. An alumni bash celebrating the 2023 class and the previous 16 years of the program, is slated for August 30 at Four Winds South Bend's Ribbon Town Conference & Event Center.
