Bar Louie will open on August 10 in a new 16,000 sq. foot location as the anchor tenant of GrandView South, the second phase of the GrandView residential and retail development. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on August 17 at 9:30 am.

Bar Louie Granger at 7320 Aspect Drive is more than double the square footage of the original location at University Park Mall and features private event space as well as a rooftop lounge and patio. Although it is a completely re-imagined space, the local owners are committed to providing the same feel-good atmosphere and friendly, familiar service that kept them thriving for 12 years at the previous location.

“We are thrilled about this new space that will bring a truly unique and revolutionary outdoor rooftop experience to Michiana. We look forward to seeing our old customers and welcoming new ones,” said Andy Knapick, partner of the ownership team of Bar Louie Granger.

Bar Louie Granger’s three levels offer different features that provide distinct atmospheres. The first level is an evolved version of the successful Bar Louie combination of urban décor and great food. It features a large marble bar with a 30-tap ND gold draft system, a dance floor, and a post-worthy “social media” backdrop, complete with adjustable lighting and a golden leather couch.

The second floor of private event space features floor to ceiling windows, a dedicated bar and seating for up to 120 guests. The space can be separated and customized to accommodate events of various sizes.
