Job Description:

The Assistant Principal for Student Life serves on the administrative team, supports students in meeting Diocesan and school expectations, and supports and strengthens the mission of Saint Joseph High School. The leader of the Office of Student Life, the Assistant Principal for Student Life oversees several aspects of the student experience, such as: attendance, arrival/dismissal; student parking; guest speakers; cafeteria; student government and other student co-curricular activities; student orientation; behavioral expectations and discipline issues; the school safety plan and the parent/student handbook.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Current, valid Indiana teaching license is required; current, valid Indiana administrator’s license is

    preferred.

  • High school teaching or administration experience preferred.
