Office Assistant (Accounting and Billing Department)

Seeking a highly-motivated individual, able to work under stress and without constant supervision. The Accounting and Billing Assistant will provide important support to the company Accounting and Billing Department and will work in a collaborative team-based environment. Must be able to pay attention to detail and multi-task in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities may include assisting with customer invoices, working with our proprietary software system, posting customer payments to accounts, paying vendor invoices via check and wire, filing ACE documents, tracking and managing various miscellaneous detail oriented items. May also assistant with office management items in the event that the Executive Assistant is out of the office. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and one-two years of administrative support experience. Must have computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software. Organization and communication skills, and strong attention to detail are a must.
