Join us for a fantastic celebration of the new Performance Recovery Lounge, a collaborative effort between M2 Fitness & Sports Performance and OSMC (Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center) at the Mishawaka Fieldhouse. Former Notre Dame Football quarterback Ian Book will be on hand and participate in a Q&A on recovery and longevity, along with recovery demonstrations and meet and greet. Ribbon will be cut around 4:15 p.m. with activities continuing through 6:00 p.m.
