Benjamin Perry is an attorney in Barnes & Thornburg’s South Bend office whose practice focuses on helping employers minimize legal risks through counseling, training, and compliance with equal employment opportunity and labor laws. He defends clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims, and advises on workplace policies, handbooks, and labor relations.

Before practicing law, Benjamin spent nearly a decade in human resources, giving him a practical understanding of employer challenges. He also gained experience through internships with the University of Notre Dame’s Office of General Counsel and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

Outside the office, Benjamin is passionate about film and previously worked as a freelance photographer and videographer.
