Join us for TRC's ninth monthly "lunch and learn"- type discussion with a local entrepreneurial individual who has demonstrated tenacity and creativity in their professional life through career changes, business ventures, and self-directed adult learning. This event will be free to the public and include a lunch.

This month's speaker is Ryan Ryker. Ryan, along with three other South Bend natives, Rod Baradaran, Julian Marquez, and Mike Altenburger, founded Zokos, a hybrid traditional and online retailer that resells e-commerce returns. Ryan will speak about his experience innovating this unique hybrid retail model, striving to create an eco-friendly solution to box store returns being wasted, as well as how his company aims to support young talent and entrepreneurs in South Bend.

This event will take place during the lunch hour of the TRC's "Open Work Wednesday". You are encouraged to attend part of Open Work Wednesday, but not required! Please reserve a free ticket for both events if you would like to attend each of them. There will also be a virtual option for this event. Food and coffee will be served!
