File the following information with each taxing unit that has authority to levy taxes in the proposed area and publish notice as required by Ind. Code § 6-1.1-12.1-2.5(c)
- Copy of the notice to be published + statement containing substantially the same information as the statement of benefits
- Must state that a description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the assessor’s office; the date when the designating body will receive and hear all remonstrances and objections from interested persons
