Submit your award nominations for the Outstanding Young Business Leader, Small Business of the Year and Woman of Influence, all to be presented at the 2027 Salute to Business Luncheon on Thursday, February 11. At Salute, in addition to these awards, we will present the Distinguished Business Leader, Economic Impact and Lifting Voices awards. Nomination deadline is November 6, 2026.
2027 Woman of Influence Award
The 2027 Woman of Influence Award is presented to a woman business leader, professional or trailblazer who demonstrates excellence, innovation and proven effort in her business or profession, provides valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community (St. Joseph County, Ind.) and actively assists and inspires other women in realizing their full leadership potential and worth.
Outstanding Young Business Leader (OYBL)
Presented in collaboration with YPN, this award brings to light and recognizes an outstanding young business leader who has reached professional achievement in his/her career, positively impacts the community, shows promise for continued success and works to engage and inspire other young professionals.
Small Business of the Year
We'll recognize the invaluable contributions and achievements of small businesses in St. Joseph County. We invite your nominations. Businesses will be evaluated on their operations, resiliency, staying power, demonstrated growth, sales, employment and more.
